About us

Since 1976 Trenport has been accumulating skills in all aspects of development including civil engineering, housebuilding, industrial, logistics, commercial and luxury hotel and leisure schemes.

All schemes, whether state-of-the-art automated distribution centres, award-winning offices or 5 star hotels, have a common theme – an understanding of requirements and exceeding the operators’ expectations in terms of delivery, quality and value. Its expertise in civil engineering is extensive and includes the completion of a wide range of construction projects from roads and bridges to electricity and drainage systems.

In major new residential communities, its role has often been land promotion, masterplanning and infrastructure, selling parcels of land to other housebuilders to deliver the homes.

The company is now at a key point in its evolution as focus shifts from being a standard corporate real estate investment business, with some development capability, into a construction and planning led developer able to capitalise on a wide range of skills.

Trenport’s end-to-end experience of the entire development process, from warehouses to five-star hotels and housing, is something it will continue to leverage alongside its land portfolio, placing the company in an almost unique position.

Our vision

Trenport’s aim is to create high quality, sustainable places where people want to live, work and play. We have a fantastic team that allows us to do this. Our emphasis is on the customer and providing a high-quality product and service.
