Underpinned by its extensive experience in the retail, hotel and industrial sectors, Trenport set up its residential housebuilding business, Rosechurch Homes in 2018. Its focus is on providing high quality homes that are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of its customers now and in the future.
Rosechurch Homes focuses on traditionally built homes, using the latest construction methods that can consistently deliver high quality homes and highest standards of sustainability. It is committed to raising the standards of quality in housebuilding. It takes time to fully understand how the customer will live in their new home.
It considers everything from space for home working, storage and pets, to carbon reduction, energy efficient appliances, electric car charging, the effectiveness of doors and windows, upgraded internet connections and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Before the home is handed over, and at every stage in the construction process rigorous inspections ensure everything works and the customer experience is first class.
Rosechurch Homes benefits from this huge wealth of experience and from the outset has been established as a quality housebuilder, where the entire team is focused on the goal of building new homes where people aspire to live and are proud to call home.

With the net zero targets meaning that all developers need to take action to implement energy saving measures in the houses they build and in their business operations, Trenport is continually looking for ways to improve energy performance and take a more sustainable approach.
Whether it is industry standard Energy Performance Certificates, BREEAM ratings, innovative use of materials and systems, or using more clean energy and conserving water during construction, Trenport strives to reduce its impact on the environment every day.
The Group is always conscious of the need to protect the local ecology and work with the environment. It has created nature reserves with SSSI status with its own wildlife ranger and works with local wildlife trusts.

Growth plan
With many projects currently going through the planning process, Trenport expects to deliver over 2,000 new homes over the next five years.
Success does not happen overnight and Trenport’s robust financial position comes from its carefully assembled and managed land holdings and revenues from its investments and development.
